InfoWedge Configuration Scan Codes

This document provides the necessary configuration scan codes required to set up InfoWedge on supported devices. InfoWedge is a software utility that enables barcode scanning and data capture capabilities, allowing seamless integration with various applications.
Getting Started
To configure InfoWedge, use the following scan codes. Scan each code in the order listed to ensure proper setup. Make sure your device is powered on and InfoWedge is installed before you begin.
Configuration Scan Codes
- Launch InfoWedge
- Select the Hamburger Icons (upper left)
- Select Settings option
- Select Import (Import InfoWedge Configuration)
- Press scan buttons to scan the first bar code and then walk through them all watching the screen to make sure you get all 11 boxes colored.
Enable TruAge Profile
- After you have these all scanned, go to the TruAge profile and make sure it is enabled. If not, enable it and then you should be able to scan with the camera, Zebra and MRZ.
Troubleshooting
- If a scan code does not appear to take effect, ensure that InfoWedge is running and no other scanning applications are interfering.
- Restart the device after completing all configuration steps to ensure settings are applied.
- For advanced configuration, consider exporting and importing profiles using InfoWedge’s built-in profile management tools.
