What Versions Do I Need to Have for TruAge?

Purpose:
This article is designed to help retailers understand what version of software they need to have running on their POS systems in order to be able to activate TruAge.  

Verifone Commander:

  • Required version: Base 55.02.04 or higher
    NOTE: TruAge can be activated on Base 54.02 without QR code support.

Invenco Passport:

  • Required version: 24.04.01 MP 13 or higher
    NOTE: 24.04.01 MP 23 will have the ability to reactivate the POS with out accessing the support desk to make this change.  

Pinnacle Affiniti:

  • Required version: Unknown at this time

Success Systems Platform POS:

  • Required version: Unknown at this time

Clover:

  • Required version: Unknown at this time
